ATM SERVICES

Two ATMs in the airport facility in the following locations:
  • 1st floor or bag claim level, to the right of the main escalators, directly across from the elevators
  • 2nd floor or main level, on the concourse between gates 3 and 5

AUTOMATED EXTERNAL DEFIBRILLATORS (AEDs)

13 of these life-saving devices are placed in high-traffic areas in the airport

  • Many airport employees are trained to use the AEDs and are available to assist in an emergency

BAGGAGE CARTS

Baggage carts are found in several locations at the Colorado Springs Airport:
  • Baggage claim area
  • Shuttle bus terminal drop-off
*Cart rental is $4.00 with a 25-cent reward upon return of the cart to a storage rack.

CHAPEL

The Interfaith Chapel is open 24 hours for quiet meditation

  • Located in the main terminal building, take the east corridor between the Gift store and Mens restroom

FAMILY CARE ROOMS

Two Family Care Rooms on the main concourse between Gates 4 and 6 and between Gates 8 and 10 and provide:

  • Direct telephone access to Memorial Hospital HealthLink
  • Baby changing station
  • Counter space with sink
  • Diaper vending machine
  • Nursing area

FedEx Drop Box

FedEx has a drop box outside of the Colorado Springs Airport's lower level terminal building entrance

  • Pick up at 4:45 p.m. Monday through Friday
  • No FedEx pick up on weekends

A variety of ground transportation providers service the Colorado Springs Airport 24 hours a day

  • Ground transportation telephone is centrally located in the baggage claim area next to Carousel 3
  • Phones will instantly connect to all types of ground transportation services
  • During the day, taxis and shuttles are available outside the terminal at the lower level

Items left on aircraft

  • Contact the respective airline
  • Airlines page with web site links and contact numbers

Items left in Security Screening

  • Contact TSA Lost and Found at (719) 622-5979 or (719) 591-3109

Items left in the airport terminal, parking lot or on shuttle buses

  • Contact CSPD Airport Police Unit
    • Airport Police office located in baggage claim area on lower level, by carousels 1 and 2
    • Call (719) 550-1987
    • e-mail to Sgt. Harrell at harrelma@springsgov.com
    • Travelers may pick up items left behind or arrange for shipping at their expense if they have left the area
    •  Items turned into the Lost and Found are kept in the Airport Police office for the current month, in which it was turned in
      • After the current month, contact the CSPD Evidence Section at (719) 444-7744 to claim items

NEW LEAF THERAPIES

Spend five minutes (or more) with a professionally trained massage therapist

  • Massages are $1 per minute, 5 minute minimum
  • Located on the concourse, between Gates 6 and 8.

NEWSPAPER VENDING MACHINES

Newspaper vending machines are located at all its main terminal entrances on both the upper and lower levels

  • Local and Regional papers, The Gazette, the Colorado Springs Independent and the Denver Post are available
  • Retail Shops have additional newspapers

PAGING

Pick up any of the 12 white courtesy phones located throughout the Colorado Springs Airport

  • Phones are directly connected to the Airport Communications Center
  • Dispatcher is available to page via the airport's public announcement system
  • To request a page from outside of the airport, please call (719) 550-1918 or (719) 550-1919

POSTAGE STAMPS & DROP BOX

Postage stamps may be purchased through the ATM machines located:

  • In baggage claim, to the right of the escalators, across from the elevators
  • Concourse between Gates 4 and 6

There is a postal service drop box located in the main terminal on the upper level to the left after stepping off the escalators. The postal service picks up mail Monday through Saturday at 1:00 p.m.

SKYCAPS

Huntleigh Corporation manages the skycaps at the Colorado Springs Airport

  • Skycaps are available from 4:30 a.m. to midnight
    • Assist with luggage
    • Provide wheelchairs assistance
    • For all air carriers, excluding Allegiant Airlines

VISITOR INFORMATION CENTER

The Information Center is located in baggage claim, lower level, across from the foot of the escalators

  • Staffed with friendly airport ambassadors
    • Provide a wealth of in-depth information about flight schedules, the airport, as well as Colorado Springs and the surrounding areas
    • Pick up free maps and literature about Colorado Springs, surrounding area, attractions and more
