Colorado Springs Airport operates without regard to race, color, or national origin. Colorado Springs Airport provides equal access to its programs and services to all members of the public.  The following information serves to inform the public of its right to this access, and to educate members of the public so that they may understand their rights under the civil rights law which protects the receipt and benefit of services as defined by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

It is and shall be the policy of the City of Colorado Springs, Colorado, to provide timely meaningful access for limited English Proficiency persons to City programs and activities. The municipal government of  the City of Colorado Springs (the  "City") will  take reasonable steps to ensure that persons with limited English Proficiency (LEP) have meaningful access and opportunity to participate in our services, activities, and programs.
